Refund Policy

Introduction

BookNowEngine aims to provide a clear and fair refund policy to all our guests. The refund policy is based on the type of rate plan booked.

Refundable Rates

• Cancellation: If you cancel a booking made under a refundable rate plan within the specified period, a full refund will be issued.
• Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.

Non-Refundable Rates

• No Refunds: Bookings made under non-refundable rate plans are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, such as early check-out or booking modifications, partial refunds may be issued at the hotel’s discretion.

No-Show

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
