BookNowEngine provides flexible cancellation policies to accommodate our guests’ needs. The cancellation policy varies based on the rate plan booked.

 

Refundable Rates

• Cancellation Period: Cancellations made within the specified period in the booked rate plan before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Method: Cancellations must be made through the BookNowEngine platform

Non-Refundable Rates

• No Cancellations: Bookings made under non-refundable rate plans cannot be canceled or refunded.

Specific Hotel Policies

Each hotel may have its own specific cancellation policies, which will be displayed during the booking process and included in the reservation voucher.

 

Confirmation

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your canceled booking and any applicable refunds.
